The Name & The Logo:

As our site has derived its name from the ayah that says: {وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ},
And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers [Adh-Dhariyat: 55], So, we have taken its meanings as a guideline in our way of da'wa.

Brief History:

The site has started its activity in the internet world in 2006... The idea originated by providing the printable flyers of Wathakker islamic centre in Kuwait, for the users of the Web, and we are still updating our site by flyers from different sources...

Manhag:

We are a Sunni site based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him.

The organizational structure of the site:

The site is divided into 6 main departments, under each department there are many sections:

- Flyers Department: under it lays Wathakker flyers & also flyers from different sources... you can print & share... 

- Articles Department: and it's updated frequently by islamic articles from different sources.

- Flash Department: and contains flashes of a variety of topics in various areas, including Kids flashs, it can also be downloaded or sent to others.

- Designs Department: and provides several image sizes & designs, it can be downloaded and sent to others.

- Mobile Department: aims to provide different benefitial islamic materials...

Under it there are many sections such as: audio, video,designs, & programs and applications...

- Library Department: under it there are many books in different islamic fields.

- Audios: We are aiming to be the first reference for islamic lectures on the internet inshaa allah

- Quranic recitations, and contains recitations for different readers, we have also Wonderful Readings section, Flash Quran, & A rare and unique section on the web that contains splitted ayah from the quran classified according to their meanings...



Also we provide various services to the visitors such as:

- Times of prayers in the world.
- Search in the Hadith.
- Search the Holy Quran.
- Bar contains a modern and renewed prayer and the wisdom of the visitor can move it and place it in the forums or sites.

- A revolving bar contains materials submitted to the site on it's different sections.
